All sales are final due to the nature of our items. When you return an item it is generally placed back into inventory and resold. Our products come into contact with intimate areas and therefore, cannot be resold. You can rest assured that none of our products have been returned and your item is in pristine condition when it leaves our shop!

All of our soaps are cured for a minimum of 4 weeks! Not only that, but we also use sodium lactate in our soaps. Sodium lactate creates a harder, longer-lasting bar and helps to strengthen the skins natural moisture barrier.

Naturally, the length of time that a bar lasts can vary based on the frequency of use and how much of it is used each time.

For me personally, one bar lasts about 1 month with twice daily use and that is for head to toe washing!
